1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only in the following situations:

You received the wrong product

You received a damaged or defective item

There is a missing item in the package
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

An unboxing video is mandatory to verify damage, defect, or missing items
Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or missing products cannot be processed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Digital courses and online access

Used or washed items

Beauty, grooming, and hygiene products

Custom-size or personalized items (if applicable)
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is verified:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

COD orders (if applicable) will be refunded via UPI
5. Replacement Process
If replacements are available:

The replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 days after pickup verification

If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before packing or dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted
