Return & Refund Policy – Aairaa Apparel

We want you to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with Aairaa Apparel. Please review our return and refund terms carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • There is a missing item in the package


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to verify damage, defect, or missing items

Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or missing products cannot be processed.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital courses and online access

  • Used or washed items

  • Beauty, grooming, and hygiene products

  • Custom-size or personalized items (if applicable)


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is verified:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • COD orders (if applicable) will be refunded via UPI


5. Replacement Process

If replacements are available:

  • The replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 days after pickup verification

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before packing or dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted
